Good to know
Who owns my website?
You do. Your domain, hosting and site are all set up in your name, so you keep full access even if we stop working together.
Do I have to take the care plan?
No. It's optional, and you can join at any time. Without it, you get a full handover and manage things yourself.
What do I need to give you?
Your logo, photos, services, prices, opening hours and contact details. We send a simple checklist so nothing is missed, and can help with text and photos for an extra fee.
How long does it take?
Usually two to three weeks from when we have your deposit and your content.
Can I get changes after launch?
Yes. The care plan covers up to 45 minutes of changes a month, such as new text, photos or opening hours. Without it, changes are billed in 30 minute blocks.
